Output involves delivering content for print, the web, final art, and/or interactive electronic media. The goal in terms of workflow is to efficiently re-purpose your existing content with minimal human intervention. Output also involves developing strategies that include outside vendors such as labs, pre-press providers, and print shops. CDI utilizes a similar process in defining and implementing output solutions as we have used for capture process control.

• Output Requirement Site Evaluation: Onsite survey designed to help establish a basis for implementing a custom color managed workflow solution. Deliverables include a site report and detailed project quote.
• Outside Vendor Process Control Evaluation: Onsite survey designed to help solve color issues between photographers and clients, and/or pre-press vendors. Deliverables include a site report and detailed project quote.
• Color Managed Print Server Specification and Integration: Specification and installation of a dedicated print server for Mac OS X including ICC profiling and end user training.
• Custom Output Device Calibration: Custom ICC profile generation for virtually any direct print device (non-RIP driven). Deliverables include custom profile(s) and user application guide.
• Contact Print Automation (inkjet, Fuji, dye sub, or laser printer): Using dedicated print servers, contact sheets can be generated from virtually any finished image file folder. Used as a standalone solution, or in concert with image database solutions, this configuration will eliminate one of the most mundane, time consuming digital imaging tasks.
